would a better water block help?

So yesterday I spent a couple hours rearranging my cables so I could get better airflow, and I added a 120mm fan(intake) by the fan blowing out through my radiator. Currently my cpu is 32C idle, and after 20 or so minutes of halo gets up to 34C. I currently have a rather crappy copper waterblock my friend made. So do you think that a better water block would decrease my temps all that much?

What the hell is your problem? Those temps are extremely satisfactory. Why do you need them lower? Your comp is not going to run any faster just by cooling the CPU further.

Well I got help from a friend that goes to a monthly local lan party.

Basically in theory I could lower my temp, but I'd also have to get a more powerful pump. and at most it would lower it by like 2-3 degrees at most.

I want it to be as cold as I can get it. Just a completely pointless hobby. and besides when I finally get enough money to buy a nforce2 mobo I can overclock

I can't get it to be stable any higher then 175. Damn kt333 not allowing me to lock the PCI bus!!! GRRR Plus I have shitty ram, 512 kingston valueram pc 2700. :\ So at this point over clocking is a bit pointless as it gives me MAYBE a 400 point increase in aquamark.
