I have seen a :

AMD FX 6100 SIX CORE 6x3.3Ghz
ATI RADEON HD7770 1GB GDDR5
1TB SATA3 HDD
8GB DDR3

and a

Intel Core i5 3550 QUAD CORE 4 x 3.3Ghz,
ATI RADEON HD7770 1GB GDDR5
500GB
8GB DDR3

I want to play high end games like as GTA 4 and others.

Which one is better?

If I had to choose I'd still go with the i5 3550 setup.

I would go for the intel setup if gaming is your main reason for the system.

Yes.. Go with the Intel build cause you don't look like you're on a very tight budget.

Radeon 7770 is not the strongest GPU, don't expect ultra settings.

yeah, i know that but high settings are enough..

I actually neither think it will run the latest games at high details with acceptable framerates on 1080p :)

I think different about that, the i5 is a pretty fast rig and which GPU should you alle recommend then?

Get a 7850.

I found this one :

AMD FX 6300 6-CORE 6x3.5Ghz
Club3D ATI HD7850 royalQueen 2048MB
8GB DDR 3

This one better than the 2 here above?

Yes that is a balanced and decent gaming rig. You're going to get high/ultra details in many of the latest games. :)

clock for clock the intel is the better cpu. pair it with a 7870 and your on to a winner.
in benches there pretty close but thats because the fx had to use 6 cores to do the work 4 cores from intel do.
so over all the intel cpu is more effective. runs at lower volts so is cheaper to run and will save you money every day.
also remember that not every application will use 6 cores so most of the time your cpu will be 30% less effective than the intel especially in older games where single core performance is a priority.
there is much less of a chance of a gpu bottlenecking when a game only uses 1 thread on the intel over the fx.
but hey you pay your money and take your choice all i can do is give you an opinion... and that opinion is intel is currently the better option for the money.

If I go with your opinion... I would look at this one:

INTEL Core i5-3330 QUAD CORE 4x3.0Ghz,
8GB Kingston DDR3
ATI HD 7850 1024MB
