Upgrade USB port to 2.0

Most likely, not - the wiring harness won't match. The best you can do is
to purchase a drive-bay insert and a USB 2.0 card with a standard internal
connector.

Alternatively, just use a standard USB 2.0 card and purchase a USB 2.0 hub.
