Fallout 3 crashes when loading

I as soon as I star a new game it feezes and a message pops up saying fallout has stoped working finding a solution I tried putting d3d9.dll in the file and didint work i went and deleted the intromovie and still dosent work her are my specs ( Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2330M CPU @ 2.20GHz)(2.2 GHz CPU speed)(4.0 GB ram)( Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition )(Intel(R) HD Graphics Family)(IDT High Definition Audio CODEC)

Most games need mid-high end graphics cards. The Intel HD family don't even come close. And judging by your i3-2330M, you're running a laptop, which cannot be upgraded to run games. I'd be looking at a much more expensive laptop or a desktop.

Dont listen to these fools, it still should load up, just that performance will not be great.

If it can benchmark 3DMark11, it WILL load up Fallout3

this is not my system, just search for results of i3-2330M and Intel HD Graphics 3000M

but you MAY need to adjust the amount of RAM the integrated card borrows to atleast 512MB which IS a minimum requirement for Fallout3. This setting should be within the BIOS. When you first turn on the computer you need to hit an F key (it depends on make/model) F1-F12 or just the usual Del key. Can you tell me which laptop it is?
