That motherboard uses RDRAM, so I wouldn't recommend overclocking, RDRAM generally don't like anything above specified frequencies.

-Intel PIV 2.6C @ 3.276G -Asus P4P800 -OCZ Copper 4x256 4000EL memory @ 252mhz 2.5-3-4-6 -XFX 5900 128meg 570/1040 -SB audigy -2x120G Seagate 7200.7 S-ATA150 hdd -450 Enermax PSU

As he said RDram sucks for oc'ing and it's not worth messing with becuase it will get pissed off and eat you.
Just warning you.

unfortunatly you have an intel mobo...so it cant be o/c'ed via bios... you could try software overclocking with utilities such as setfsb, softfsb, and cpucool.

If it isn't a P6 then it isn't a processor

There isn't really an advantage, but it's pretty damn fast stock. That's a good fast system as long as it's not overclocked.
Don't worry about upgrading now, you wont see a godly difference in speed. There is one, but nothing worth spending 500 bucks to change unless your really interested in overclocking.

I think we've been through this before, the clock generator used on all Intel (including Dell) i850/i850E chipset boards is unsupported by these utilities, they can't be software overclocked. The only way to overclock Intel i850E boards is by breaking a pin to make a 400 bus processor be recognized as 533 bus.
