A buddy of mine is running a P4 3GHz 800FSB cpu BUT it keeps on running on a temp of about 60%.
I'm sorry I don't really understand this, are you trying to say it runs at a TEMPERATURE of 60C? or CPU working at 60% because I have no idea how you could tell that.
If he sets his FSB to Dram ratio to 5:4 then he'll have no problem running at stock frequency with ram at 320mhz. I highly recommend to change to a 350watt or better power supply, decent brand, screw generic.
