A buddy of mine is running a P4 3GHz 800FSB cpu BUT it keeps on running on a temp of about 60%. Will this be a cause of his RAM that is running at 333 on a 800FSB MBD (MSI Neo 2) or because he has a crappy 250W PSU in his pc? HE has a 1200JB and a 800JB HDD, cd rom, cd writer, 19" Monitor.

I'm sorry I don't really understand this, are you trying to say it runs at a TEMPERATURE of 60C? or CPU working at 60% because I have no idea how you could tell that.
If he sets his FSB to Dram ratio to 5:4 then he'll have no problem running at stock frequency with ram at 320mhz. I highly recommend to change to a 350watt or better power supply, decent brand, screw generic.
Thanks for your input. Yes it is the CPU Temperature and the suggestions that you have made I already suggested to him. He used all the heatsink paste on the cpu as well and his pins got bent when he tried to remove the heatsink. To the guy that replied at the bottom, it is my buddy and not me. I have a P4 2.Ghz PC. He is not registered on this site (Yet).
