Can anyone give me some idea as to what values for FSB, Multiplyer and Voltage my 3000+ should cope with.

What should I adjust first? Currently my Values are at stock FSB = 166MHz, Multiplyer = 13, Voltage = 1.656V.

My System

AMD Athlon XP 3000+
Abit AN7
1 Gb PC 3200 400Mhz RAM
Asus Radeon 9800XT
Thermalright SP-97 with 92 mm fan and Arctic Silver 5
Antec P160 case with Antec True Power 430W

My CPU is idling at 30 degrees.

3000+ xp's arent known to overclock very well, but i suppose u can try cpu voltage at 1.8 V. See what fsb u get to with that.

Anyone who clames they can tell the difference between 450 and 500 FPS in Quake 3 should be severly beaten in the head with a rock.

3000+, you can't lower the multiplier, therefore you're stuck there. Vcore to 1.8, try 180FSB, it should be stable, next thing is 185, 190, 195, 200. You'll probably get stuck around 185-195, it's very unlikely for you to hit 200FSB. Keep an eye on the temp, use MBM5, stay under 70C, at all times.
