What setting can skyrim run on a 650?

Surprisingly enough I can't find any info on this. 1080p w/ 16gb 1600 ram and i5 3570k. If there is any info please link me thank you.

you won't be maxing it out as with one gtx 660 I could only max it out in 1680x1050 with AA and AF all the way up. 1080P I am maxing it with two GTX 660s OCed and my 3570k @ 4.2Ghz.

Not true. I've owned the GTX 660.

With high res textures and a lot of mods it runs smooth at 1920x1080 at ultra settings.

For you OP, the GTX 650 should max out Skyrim at 1920x1080 at roughly acceptable framerate. Mind that this review uses older drivers and the performance you'll see will mostly be better.
