[SOLVED] How do I do this with an external hard drive?

'm currently running mac OS X Lion and I have an .iso copy of Windows 7 that I want to extract onto an external hard drive in order to instal windows 7 on a different computer that has no operating system and no cd/dvd/br drive. How would I do this? I have toast titanium and disk utility. None of which I can seem to get to do what I woud like them to.
