They slapped on some a heatspreader, and tested to see if they overclock to 250mhz, if it does, then PC4000, if it doesn't then PC3700, still not stable at 233mhz, drops down to 216mhz, if it's still NOT stable, then they just mark them PC3200, at 200mhz.
Ok those were lies, but it's true that they use 5.0ns(400mhz effective) on their 500mhz PC4000 rated ram. They error up a lot at "stock frequency" in MBM5.
