i am not sure about that, all i know is that when i set the fsb to 200, it puts my 2500 at 3200 with absolutley no problems....how do you find out if its got the lock?

it would allow you to lock it in the BIOS - without it, your AGP slot is running at 100Mhz vs what its supposed to (66Mhz), and your PCI 66Mhz (vs stock 33Mhz). Now that will give you more performance, but you can also damage your hardware doing so, and an AGP/PCI lock will lock those bus speeds, allowing you to overclock more while foregoing the chances of damaging your hardware.

and now for something completely different

if you're going to watercool and overclock, you might as well get a good motherboard - how 'bout an Abit AN7

thats the board that came after the Abit NF7-S - its basically a 3rd revision, and has everything you're looking for (and much much more)

well i have the fsb adjustment, dram ajdustment, and vcore adjustment, nothing noted about agp/pci, is there a program that will show the speeds agp/pci slots are currently running?

nah, you just add the OC to the bus speed, so like 20Mhz OC on the FSB will be 53Mhz PCI bus, 86Mhz AGP bus

How about Dfi nf2 ultra infinity $93.00 @ newegg. Most overclockable Amd motherboard made! Look at reviews of this board, almost everone who has reviewed it has achieved the fastest clock speeds they have ever encountered using Amd platform. Of course you must use top of the line memory, I suggest Ocz 4200 el with this board for max performance also must use 1-21 beta bios to allow max performance of memory. Take a look here.Good luck!
