If your BIOS don't support multiplier get a new MB! If you bought your CPU before late 2003, it will not be locked. If you just bought it, it'S probably locked.
By the way, why do you want to know if your CPU is locked or not? And NO, I don't know any program that can tell lock or not!
cant use bios as it doesnt support it. i want to know because im GETTING a new board and if it isnt locked i might buy watercooling to help overclock it. it was bought september last year
Here's a link to a post/forum regarding locked/unlocked bartons and Tbirds. But you gotta know your steppings. (if you don't I think you'll have pull the cpu to read 'em)
