Thermalright sp-94 vs Swiftech MCX478-V

I was going to buy a new heatsink and i was wondering which heatsink would you recomend? Also i was going to buy a DigiDoc 5 o monitor my temps and fan speeds.Could you also recomand a good fan thats not too loud to stick on this heatsink

Thermalright SP94, look into the panaflo, and papst fans.

I have an 80mm Mechatronics (53CFM,39db) on mine. 2.8C (o/c to 3038), CPU at 30C idle, 41C load.

Thats kinda high on full load dude, use a stronger fan
