HSF for Gigabyte mobo

I wonder if anyone could recomend a good HSF for a Gigabyte GA-7VAXP mobo and a mobile XP2500 cpu considering that i am going to oc the cpu.

dont think my mobo has got holes, will it still fit?
also do I have to pull the mobo out to fit it

if your mobo doesn't have holes you can get a socket-tab adapter.. and no you don't have to remove the mobo to install it

Just go with the Vantec Aeroflow, or if you want extreme, SLK900A.
