OC P4 2.6C

My reg is as follow:
P4 2.6C
Abit IS7-E
Samsung DDR400 256Mb x 2
Zalman 5600-cu with AS5
I am OCing with FSB 250, 5:4 , CoreV 1.550V(turn that up a bit), RAM setting is 2-3-3-6.
I have a idle temp about 45C, and 58 load, is that usual????
And can i go further??????

Temps are fairly decent, seems a bit on the high side with that heatsink though. You may want to reinstall that heatsink.
