I have already installed ZYWALL 70 as a firewall in my network (50 PCs). I
have also bought SSH Sentinel the recommended software for VPN connection to
the internal network.

I have no idea how to setup the ZYWALL and the Software to have a working
VPN connection

Any help (or reference) is appreciated

Look here:

Click on "IPsec VPN application notes" and then "SSH Sentinel to
ZyWALL Tunneling" almost at the end.

Should do the trick for you.
