so i recently installed windows 8 on my computer and i downloaded minecraft to install and play. i launch the game and get this error

What's In The Box integrated microphone

yea, i know, its a really low end pc but i could play MC on med settings and get about 28 fps when i had windows 7. i tried updating the drivers through device manager and through intel's site and device manager said i was up to date and the intel driver didnt work (canceled itself while starting). im wondering if any 1 knows the cause of this and also how i can fix. if you do please tell.

I know you've already tried this but go on google and search intel mobility drivers gma 4500 chipset. download those for your OS and install over the ones you have now. I had the same problem

Wow. Did some research and apparently they haven't got graphics drivers for any of the older chipsets. All i could find was this chipset driver for your 32 bit windows 8. You might as well give this a shot. Btw i just noticed you have win8 i had the problem with win7
