Madcatz gamepad #4716 No driver after new build

I recently finished my new rig and now my Madcatz gamepad won't work with my games. I have the same HDD with drivers dl'ed on it, but windows will not recognize or even detect it anymore. It says the drivers aren't present and it can't find them. I can't find them either. First time ever good ole' google didn't yield an answer for me. My OS is on my ssd and so are the supposed correct drivers for the gamepad. Its the xbox 360 controller madcatz #4716. Please help and thanks ahead of time.

new build? make sure the usb's are connected to the motherboard if your using the front 1s.
but plug it into the motherboard to make sure its working. if not make sure the usb is working by checking it in device manager/hardware.

Whelp, after 2 days of doing the same thing over and over again Windows finally recognized the drivers. Classic case of the, "I have no idea what just happened but I'm glad it's over with"! Thanks for the help
