Help....which cooler for a 3200XP?

I assume you need a cooler because you bought an OEM processor.

Vantec Aeroflow is an awesome cooler, it'll allow minor overclocking, it's fairly quite also.

If you really got a hard-on for silence, the the Zalman CNPS7000A-ALCU, would be the way to go, at 20dBa, you can't hear that.

If you're looking for something that'll handle moderate overclocking, then Thermalright products, such as SP97, SLK947/900/800U, SLK900/800A, SK7. The Swiftech MCX462, is also a great heastsink. These high-end heatsinks doesn't include a fan, therefore you'll need to choose a fan, most of these heatsinks use 92mm fan, except for the 800U/800A.
