whats safe for 9800pro

What are some safe clock numbers for a stock cooled 9800pro ati brand, and would ram sinks be worth the money if so how do you keed the attached to the under side of the card where they'ed fall off

With just stock HSF I would not do over 400 on the core and no sinks no more than 730. You will know when its too high with the snow breaks out.

silver HSF, i don't think i'm gonna bother as it had a very minimal effect on benchmarks and gameplay
