enabling traceroute on Netscreen 5GT

Hi,

I've just setup a Netscreen 5GT in NAT mode but I cannot seem to traceroute
from my pc behind the firewall. I can ping other machines ok and everything
else outbound seems fine but just not traceroute (just comes up with * * *
each time I try). Anyone had this prob or know how to solve it ?
