Arctic Cooling Rant

OK, just got my second arctic cooling item in the mail today from newegg(p4 hsf). I'm happy with their stuff, think they're nice quality gear, rasonably priced. But sick of fact that they can't even come close to having a smooth mating surface on their heatsinks. I don't mind a little lapping, lapped the Thermaltake for my P3, but thattook about two minutse. This Arctic Cooling HSF isn't even close to smooth, can feel the machining ridges still if you drag a fingernail across the metal.

OK, I'm done ranting. ANyone else have this problem though?

Yeah, and have been reading a lot of complaints about more and more sloppy manufacturing from many leadng manufacturers.

Got a Vantc Aeroflow recently, smooth as glass, no lappnig needed
