Download Motherboard Monitor 5 and check the vdimm, or voltage to your ram. http://mbm.livewiredev.com/
While the Nf7-S overvolts ram, and undervolts cpu. I think I remember reading your mobo undervolts ram. MBM5 will tell. If it does undervolt ram, just increase it to stock or a little more (till it can pass memtest86 mentioned below).
Also, if your pc can Prime95 torture test, you cpu ain't the problem. (No need to increase voltage) Rather d/l and run memtes86 to check the stability of your ram. Get it here http://www.memtest86.com/#commands
EDIT: Stock/or recommeded vdimm is 2.6, but the ram can, and in some cases likes more. Although that's mostly for OCing. The NF7 series likes tmings of 2-2-2-11 best for some unknown reason. The 3200LL I have can run as tight as 2-2-2-5, but this mobo likes "11" better. Go to nForcersHQ and check what everybody with your mobo is having the best luck with as far as timings go http://www.nforcershq.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=13
WAIT! I just noticed your vid card is a G3 Ti200. How old is that? Have you clean out the fan lately? Overheating maybe? If you can pass Prime95 and memtest86, and your freezing etc on games. Look to the vid card
