Before when I opened skyrim it would say failed to initalize render but now it just opens in 800x600 on my one monitor. Normally I would go into the config file and put the reso as 6060x1080 and then open the launcher and the resolution would be (4:3) or (5:4) and then the resolution part would be blank and that would be 6060x1080. If I touched it it would reset and not load 6060x1080. I'm doing everything the same but now it loads up in 800x600 which is the first resolution in (4:3) or (5:4). It loads up in 1920x1080 if i specifically make it that in the launcher but I want 6060x1080 :(  Please any help would help I'm clueless and need to get my dragon killing fix

Have you tried Flawless Widescreen fix? I use it to play Skyrim in surround and it works very well for the most part. There is some fisheye effect in the 2 side monitors but still a better gaming experience than just one monitor.

I have widescreenfixer and it works great too, I'm aware of fisheye this is in pretty much all surround setups it's suppose to be. The problem is to get the game to boot in 6060x1080
