Although it may sound a little "obvious", DirectX 10.1 is just an improved version of DX10 (with additional controls given to tweak image quality and so on)...
The only thing I've ever heard about DX10.1 is from Crytek back when they were pushing Crysis and how scalable their CryEngine was.

there are no games that support dx10.1 exclusively they either support dx9 and 10 or dx10. dx10.1 was an amd marketing ploy. much like there current 11.1 basically all it did was change a few format parameters that enabled some marginally better optimizations but in reality they were rarely used. often the games that would use dx10.1 would get maybe 1-2 fps boost which can often be achieved by lowering the mem latencies anyway on systems that were dx10 only.
so although it was a little better it had very little impact on games over all...
games that will likely benefit are games that are sponsored by amd gaming evolved.
