The X800 series are all using the same PCB so I would put good money that they could be softmodded to the XT. The ram maybe an issue for the XT uses the 1.6ns ram while the pro and others use 2.0ns ram.

I doubt it'll be softmodable, but the harmod doesn't seem much more difficult than changing AthlonXPs into MPs (which ain't that hard).
