9800 Pro IceQ OC'ed temp?

Hi,
I have a 9800 Pro IceQ. I was able to get it to 420/375 without any problems, but I'm not sure if it will last. I want it to be able to last around 1.5 - 2 years. You think this is a safe speed for that life span? Please don't tell me that if I want it to last a long time, then I shouldn't overclock, I know that. But, on the IceQ packaging, it says that the normal 9800 Pro without the Arctic Cooling thing runs at 76+ degrees (I think), and with the IceQ, it only runs at 40 something degrees... So, that means, as long as my GPU is under 75 or something degrees, it should be fine right? But I haven't been able to get a program which monitors my GPU temperature. Does anyone know of one? If not, does the speed sound like a realatively safe speed?

Finally, should I keep it at the default settings when not doing anything graphically intesive, and then just overclock it when playing games or 3D rendering? Or should I keep it OC'ed?

Thanks in advance for your help.
