hey if anyone is getting the new simcity are you preordering it... do you think it is worthwhile to get the digital deluxe version or a hard copy from eb games??

Is there some kind of bonus if you do?
I was going to get it. Dunno if I'd get it right away or until it shows up on a steam sale. Time has been too sparse for me to even look up the exact release date, I'm afraid.

It's released march 6-8 depending where you are and if you get it from origin you get a free park, the three European themes and the heros and villains pack.

The add-ons for the deluxe doesn't fit my taste. It would be nice add-ons if you want to do styles other than EA's "generic" theme. The UK style looks kind of cool I guess.

Only thing stopping me from pre-ordering is I keep hearing the map size is going to be tiny. Something like 4km^2

Yeah but you can control a whole region which can have up to 16 cities so that's makes up for that and do you reckon they will release the euro stuff as a dlc later ?

EA is only putting it on Origin.

It'll def be dlc. My fear is how can you play online when others have deluxe. Like can you see the deluxe stuff in other people's cities but just not be able to use it yourself or what?

Yeah that sucked in the sims 3 ...so I have no idea

For me this is exactly the reason why I will not buy sim neighborhood 5 I mean 2x2km is the size of a neighborhood. sim city4 the largest area was 4x4km ans still feel very small, only cities xl had the perfect city size 10x10km.

Yeah but cities xl is not that great from what I've researched... I'm still gonna get simcity just want your opinions on what to get
