Yet another GW2 Question

Hello,

GW2 has been out for a while now, and I would like to know if my pc can run it at a high level. Please let me know what should be swapped out with what taking into consideration compatibility. Here's what I have now...

Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit, Svc Pack 1, Build 7601)
AMD Athlon II x4 630 Processor 2.80 GHz
6G RAM RAM (8G max) 1066-MHz DDR3 DIMM; non-ECC memory only
ATI Radeon HD 5450
300W Power Supply

i doubt it
my computer suffers like hell when i put everything up to max and its quite a beast of a system (i5 2500k 4.6 ghz and GTX 295)

unless recently there has been a patch that fixes all the optimisation issues (a dev actually said that there are optimisation issues) no
if there has been then i would guess still no looking at those specs
