Right now, my CPU is running at 33C and my case is running at 33C, I have a 120MM fan in the back as usual and I have another 80MM fan on the side panel, I have 2 open fan slots on the front, do you think that if I put 2 80MMs in there that it will cool my computer down? Anything else I can do?

yeah, i thþnk so. There's a huge distance between 33c case and room temp.

move thoughtfuly but fast as well

yeah, if you're happy to live with the extra noice. Remember 33Degrees C if a very acceptable temp, Id leave well alone
