For my next computer I am thinking of pairing a A64 3500+ with a 6800 GT. I am also looking at watercooling for this setup. I don't really care about noise, so going with watercooling would be just for cooling. Does it cool the gpu and cpu that much better than a non-stock HSF? And are the built-in-to-case systems good? (like the one from koolance)
Thanks,

water conducts heat ALOT better than air. Thus water cooling setup decently can reduce temps from anywhere in the region of 15 / 20 deg c. My aircooled CPU ran at 55-60 deg C (1.8vcore) after i installed a CRAPPY aquarius II water cooler my CPU boots into windows at 30Deg C, and rises to around 42deg C on full load.

As for the inbuilt systems, <A HREF="http://www.google.com" target="_new">http://www.google.com</A> for some reviews.

Have a look at the asetek watercooling systems, they offer great performance and are easy to set up.
