Watercooling CPU/GPU

For my next computer (A64, 6800 GT), I will most likely use a koolance PC2-601 watercooling setup. If I were to cool both the CPU and GPU on the same circuit (or whatever it is called), would the one radiator suffice? I don't want to cool the GT with warm cpu water :)

Seriously DIY yourself a nice watercooling setup with a car heatercore, and a big container, as large as possible(garbage can would be great but icecream bucket will work). Sorry i'm just against all watercooling external kits, they don't justify their cost.

It isn't an external kit I don't think.... It is just a case that comes with a koolance setup built in.
