Hi, I've been having an argument with some guy on another forum about an XT BIOS flash and I wanna make sure I understand everything it does.
He says the XT BOIS doesn't increase voltage to neither the RAM nor the core. I say it does.
He says that the XT BIOS never lets you overclock further.
He says that the R360 doesn't have a thermal diode and can't tell you the temps even with an XT BIOS, unless you have a 256MB DDR2 9800 Pro. (this makes least sense to me).
BTW, I removed the IHS off my Intel P4 2.4C yesterday and it was a lot easier than I had expected. Temps are a lot lower, about 9C lower under load. (though I did clean my heatsink while I was at it).
<b>Behold, Mine anger and My fury shall be poured out upon this place upon man and upon beast and upon the trees of the field and upon the fruit of the land and it shall burn and shall not be quenched
