NFS RUN ON GTS 250

HI I HAVE GTS 250 CORE EDITION 1GB. I INSTALLED NFS THE RUN LAST WEEK.

IT RUNS AROUND 28-35 FPS IN DESERTS , JUNGLES ETC......

BUT IN CITIES LIKE IN VEGAS FPS DROP TO 18-23. I LOWER THE SETTINGS BUT RESULT REMAINS SAME. I ALSO LOWERD THE RESOLUTION BUT STILL SAME FPS LIKE ABOVE.

I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT COMPONENT IS ACTUALLY MAKE THIS GAME TO LAG... GPU CPU OR RAM
MY PC SPECS

4 GB XMS DDR2 800
XFX GTS 250 1GB CORE EDITION
INTEL CORE 2 DUO E6550 OVERCLOC @2.67 GHZ
HDD 250 GB MAXTOR 7200 RPM
PSU 550 WATT

try playing at 1600/900 or lower.
720p is quite playable but your card really only supports 1080i as its on the g92 so when its running a 1080p screen its working x2 as hard as it needs to.

yes u r right but my resolutn is only 1280x1024 so it should run fine at this low resolutn

of course the gts 250 would blow the hell out of nearly every title out there at 720p.......
and nfs the run is no such trouble........
the gts 250 is nearly similar to my 9800 gtx and hence i know that i m not making stories....

maybe its some other problem basically....
maybe your cpu is bottlenecking......//well not sure//......
i d say, its your cpu causing slower gameplay...
