What is bottlenecking my PC in Tera?

My specs:
ASRock m3a770de mobo
AMD Athlon II X3 450 3.2ghz - stock cooler
Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600, 2x2GB
XFX Radeon HD 5670
OCZ ModXStream 500W

Alright, so my question...what's bottlenecking my PC in Tera? I'm suspecting the CPU, but what should I upgrade in my computer to run Tera on max settings at 30+ FPS? Thanks in advance.

You are trying to play the game at what resolution? It is mostly your GPU.
Use MSI Afterburner, and check out the CPU and GPU usage while playing the game.

^ like he said. If there's a large difference in CPU and GPU usage then you'll know what's bottlenecking your system.
