I didn't look too deeply into any, but at first glance, this appears to be a good option. Will run Skyrim on high for sure, and maybe even ultra. ESO should be in the same ballpark, if not even easier on the system.

If you want to see how well any particular graphics card will do, just google the model name and add the word "benchmarks" after it. For example, that one I looked up for you, I just looked up "gt650m benchmarks." I found some numbers for Skyrim and adjusted them for the SLI setup, since that particular laptop has two GT650M cards in it.
