Help with using ps2 controller on pc win xp

Are there any emulators or driver software or any configuration settings to make my PS2 Ice Turbo Steering console with pedals, gear stick & handbrake compatible wit my pc with win xp. Fyi, my PS2 is not working.

It's a chore to get the regular controller working, the steering wheel, I honestly have no clue if such a thing is even possible...
