My system -

CPU - Intel dual-core E5200 @ 2.5 Ghz
GPU - HD 5570 1Gb [Dont laugh plz]
RAM - 3GB DDR2800
HDD - WD 320GB Sata
Mobo - Intel DG31PR
OS - Xp professional SP3

Should i upgrade to Windows 7? If i do what will be the consequences? I mean performance wise, will it slow down or boost up?
And what about gaming experience, I get 50-55 Fps in Crysis Warhead in DX9 on Gamer settings on 1280 x 720 [my max Monitor resolution is 1440 x 900]. It will be affected by upgrade to Windows 7?

Thanks

Is this mainly used as a gaming rig? If so and you are hitting 50 fps in Warhead, no need to upgrade unless you plan to run games in DX10 or DX11. I would wait until you are ready to upgrade components or build a new system.
