The price of the 3400+ A64 has dropped to the price of the former 3200+, with 11x multiplier, using stockcooling, they're guranteed 2.4Ghz which is a 3700+!! If you have watercooling or very good aircooling, 2.5-2.6 is attainable, however with pretty big Vcore increase.
Pair that thing with the MSI K8N Neo FISR or Platinum depending on your budget, and 1G of ram.

I've personally dumped my 3200+ and grabbed the 3400+, right now i'm running at 11x240, which is ~2640mhz, with 1.8Vcore, it survived 16mb of super pi, so i think it's stable. With stock Vcore i got up to 11x220, which i think everybody should be able to do with stockcooling. Now all i need is a Geforce 6800GT.

And oh yeah forgot to mention, running at stockspeed, i could undervolt it from 1.5 down to 1.425 stable. And at 1.425V, the CPU can run at 210x11, 2310mhz stably. Undervolt+Overclocking how sweet, less heat, more speed.
