Possible bottleneck?

I have a computer with the following 4 specs:

-Patriot 6gb ddr5 1066 ram
-HIS AMD Radeon 7850 1gb 256bit
-AMD Phenom X4 925 Processor ~2.8 Ghz

I am running Windows 7 64 bit at 1400 * 900 resolution. Which of these 3 components would be bottlenecking me the most?

Im mainly concerned with playing Planetside 2, and possibly SKYRIM at the highest setting, which currently I cant at the moment. I run these on mostly Very High with some fps drops still.

The RAM should run in dual channel but you have 6Gb which cannot be 2 identical sticks (or DDR5) as 3Gb sticks don't exist. If you have 2 x 2Gb try running just 2 if you have 1 x 2Gb & 1 x 4Gb get a new 2 x 4Gb kit.

there will be no bottlenecking in your rig as an amd phenom x4 925 can perform in full synch with a hd 7850....
your system will run all games at its max potential...
still, the cpu is on a bit slower side but its okay..(cpu wouldnt be causing slower gameplay though)
