Is this heatsink any good? I've actually already bought it, I'm just hoping it will do good. I'm using it with a 2500+ Mobile on a NF7-S mobo. Planning on overclocking pretty high, until the temps start going over 50 on full load.

It should be fine, the fan is capable of moving very high CFMs, and really isn't horribly loud doing so. You may find that when overclocked you have to have the fan turned up to keep things cool.

It is horribly loud, a little better than tornado i might say. Even with case shut, it's over 50dB of noise.

If you ever sat near my case you wouldn't think it was that loud.

Anyways yes 50 db is a little loud, but considering the amount of air it is moving, I think the 50 db is justified.
