Aero 4 / Lite

Im looking to buy one of the Aero coolers, but I noticed that Newegg stopped stocking the standard copper Aero 4 and now only carries the Lite. Are there any known issues with these coolers?

Those CM aero hsf kinda sucks... Buy the Vantec Aeroflow instead.
