Is there any computer on Newegg around $300-$520 (Not Cyberpower or IBuyPower) that can run Skyrim on Low-Medium Settings (At Low Resolution) smoothly and without hiccups- No random lag spikes in front of a lot of NPCs?

Why not build your own system? It will perform a lot better than any pre-built system.
