Overclocking A64, Ram Suggestiongs?

Hello, I am looking into trying to overclock my amd64 3000+. I currently only have PC2700 RAM i bought through tigerdirect so I'm guessing its a brand called ULTRA. I am assuming i need to get faster, better quality ram to be able to overclock. Do I just need to get some decent PC3200 ram or faster? Any specific brands that are good quality? Whats out there thats the best bang for the buck? Thanks for your help.
