Got bored this weekend. Used a thermal conducting epoxy to glue a Volcano 2 HSF to my GF3 Core. Hey-it only takes up 3-4 PCI slots!

It is hilarious looking, but actually works. My core clock max went from about 255 to nearly 280. 280 works, but is not stable for long. My 3dm2k1 score went up another 200 pts. Broke 9k with a 2.4 (200 FSB) Northwood.

I know that this is just silly, but I thought it was pretty cool that I have a 275 Mhz+ GF3.

Oh yeah, it's a Ti200. Default clock of 200 Mhz!

40% GPU overclock goin'. That's cool even on ancient BS hardware.

You got nice speed out of your GF3. My GF3 200 would clock to about 250/550, man those were some great days... LONG LIVE THE GF3!!! If only the FX 5200 could match those performances, it's so tragic it makes me want to cry.

That's pretty cool! Do you ahve any pics?

Also, I had a GF3TI200-128MB, and I'm pretty sure it had a default clock of 175Mhz.
