Can anyone post or direct me to a listing of service discounts offered to
what firms, agencies, by Verizon?

My Google searches have netted zero results.

Thanks.

You'd be surprised at how many different discounts AARP offers. They
really do cover a lot of areas that you wouldn't normally think they
would be invloved with.

Don't know if there is svch a listing. I know that if yov ask yovr company
or vnion or state or federal agency yov work for that may be the way to go.
In my neck of the woods we have a an State Government employee discovnt of
19% and I know that many of the vnions have discovnts ranging from 10-20%
off the price of yovr telephone service at the $29.99 level and vp. Triple A
and AARP also show cellvlar discovnts for service at their own web sites.
Bvt yov have to belong to them.

Yov covld also ask yovr companies accovnt rep and he/she may have the answer
yov seek.

Thanks for the reply. I had seen the list for Sprint a few months ago and
assvmed all the providers have a similar listing. I didn't think of checking
with AARP. Gvess I'll go and see what they have to offer. Anything is better
than nothing. ;-}

I think what he is referring to is a discount offered not by the company
invoved but by the cellular provider. They will frquently do this for
employees of large coroporations who have many lines in their own name.

Actually the companies that have lines from the cellular carriers "Offer"
deep discounts to the employees so they will have their business as well. It
makes good sense.

Isn't that proprietary data?

I doubt it. They may not advertise it but when one
gets a corporate discount you aren't under any
obligation to keep it secret. People say "I work
for company X and we get y% discount", somebody
compiles a list and there you have it.
