Mobile Barton OC on different motherboards/compute

What can cause a mobile Barton 2600+ to run Prime95 stable at 210x11.5 with 1.76 VCore on one NF7-S 2.0 motherboard and need 1.84 VCore to be Prime95 stable at 208x11.5 on a different NF7-S 2.0 motherboard?

Changing components always changes your Overclock, even other things can affect it. After I switched video cards (TI4600, to a 6800) I had to drop my FSB 2 mhz to make it stable.


Everything overclocks diffrent, so this really isn't anything out of the ordinary.

That other mobo is lower quality than the original mobo or has a weaker part then the other.

Anywho that is a major difference to the point im thinking RMA here. Probably the mobo is generating major railing much like ASUS board normally do.
