Fifa 13 lagging in HD5470

I have a Graphics Chipset ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470
with 1751 MB memory and 2.13 GHz intel core i3 processor ,
can you please tell me what sort of graphic settings and screen resolution i should use so that the game moves smoothly. i play pes 2013 sometimes as well but that game doesn't lag , i've this lagging problem in fifa 13 only.

The only way to prevent is to decrease MAA and graphics to medium settings
