OK, im getting really frustrated with this.

I have a sapphire Dual X 7950 OC Edition graphics card, and an i5 3570k OC to 3.7ghz. When Far Cry 3 runs on stock clocks, with everything on ultra and MSAA turned off 1440x900, ill get 60 fps in a cave or out in the wild with few animals and 45 when im in a town. Ill run 3Dmark and get a score around P7000.

Ill boost the card to 1150 processor and 1450 memory +20% power in CCC and break P10000, but when I go back to far cry ill get the exact same fps. This is really frustrating and i have no idea how to fix it. I've tryed reinstalling different drivers a half a dozens times already.
Please, does anyone have an idea?

Its probably just the game ..... But I will admit at that res the FPS sounds low. Are the latest drivers installed?

I installed 13.2 beta, i did a full clean (as far as i can tell) before installing the new drivers.
