Does anybody on this group know whether there is a helicopter that will
allow me to carry things? For example I need to transport some of the
vehicles on the Import Export Missions and it would be easier with a
transport copter or something.
Many thanks
Nick

<Possible spoilers>

There is one yes, it's used in the Casino heist strand of missions in
Las Venturas.

Unfortunately, the magnet thingy disappears at the end of the mission,
so you'll either have to find ALL the cars during the mission or just
drive them.

Cheers,
Rob

ah, wishful thinking apart from the one mission with the magnet
helicopter, which I think loses the magnet if you try to put it in
your hangar. The only vehicle I know you can put stuff on like that is
the Packer, or whatever it's called, the actual car transporter. In
this version you can raise and lower the upper deck (right stick I
think, like the forklift) so you could theoretically get four cars on
board. I did try and sadly the firstcar I put on it fell off, but I
haven't tried again. Neither have I tried driving a car onto one of
those flatbed trucks, which i suppose you could try somewhere with a
slightly raised platform.

I do know it's pain bring a flimsy sports car from Las venturas only
to have it smashed to bits before you get it to the crane, or flipped
into a river

I tried this next time I saw one. I got two on top and one underneath.
One fell off the top straight away and I hoped the other two would
stay in place, at least two cars is better than one. It kept treating
the cars as if they were hitting obstacles and they were both bumped
off before too long

The safest and easiest way to get cars from LV to SF, follow the train
tracks. Fast, pretty direct and little or no traffic.

:O)) I must have read your mind before your post. I transported
three cars that way last night. Best ones were the mesa and ZR350. I
had brought the Mesa miles and was coming down into the docks when i
saw a clutch of ZRs on that crossroads, so I parked the mesa, nicked a
ZR, drove it a hundred yards or so, went back, got the mesa, did the
same, and kept doing that til I got them both there. Slow and awkward
but a lot easier than playing hunt the car at times.

The damned Sentinel, once such an easy car to find was so hard this
time, mainly because it looks like so many other cars.
